Sugar Free Fillings

Cheese Danish Filling
Can be used as is, or as a replacement for wherever cream cheese is used. Available in Kosher Dairy and Kosher Pareve varieties.
Ammonetta Paste
Used as a replacement for almond and other nut pastes, this product is allergen free and cost effective. Ammonetta paste works extremely well as a flavor enhancer and as a filling in Danish, Bear Claws and Coffee Cake.
DeHaag Fudge Base
Made from the finest imported Dutch Cocoa, our fudge base imparts a deep, dark rich color and adds an exquisite flavor to icings, brownies and fillings.
Fruitones
Colored and flavored fruit pieces designed specifically to enhance the appearance and flavor of baked goods. We suggest adding Frutones to muffins, cakes, icings, bagels, and donuts.
Apricot Coating
This ready to use glaze protects fresh fruit pies and cakes and only requires heating to brush or spray on pastries.
